harrow bus station has 10 people monitoring the times of buses today. which was really good because the buses came on time for once. today has been a pleasant day to travel on harrow buses. probably becuase it was during school times...

well this is a really really good idea. had the same sort of monitoring in my area, brent, and the buses were great for around 2 weeks after the people had gone but now it's gone back to being late. no surprise there....
